My name is Avy. I am a Nottingham based Photographer, Wife and Mummy to my beautiful son, Sartaj. He truly is my biggest love and inspiration!

Becoming a mother for the first time I came to realise how precious and magical those first few weeks are after bringing new life into the world.  I thought I would remember every second, but the days, weeks and months go by and those memories soon start to fade.  I found that I cherish every photo I have taken as it preserves those precious moments that disappear far too quickly.

Photography has always been an interest of mine, but I only recognised my true passion when I had my son. I realised capturing that 1st smile, those tiny little hands and special footsteps were all such an important part of my memory. This inspired me to get creative with my photography and take it to the next level.

My aim is to make you feel through your photographs so you can always return to that special moment. Creating everlasting memories and special moments for families is truly a privilege. Every photoshoot is a different experience and no newborn is ever the same.

I also understand how uncomfortable you can feel having your photograph taken. I get it, I hate being in front of the camera for too long! So believe me, I will make the whole experience as comfortable and relaxing as possible. Lots of fun and laughter can capture the best side of you, simply because nothing is forced and you feel relaxed. So we’ll do lots of that!
